OK - I can use the FTP login to check out the backup space. But I'm not really sure what is going on.
I can see there seem to be daily backup folders for MySQL Server databases relating to my base account. But I don't seem to have any access into those folders to see what is there. (I get a 550 permission denied error)
I can also see that the home directory from my base account has a single backup. Does this not also get a daily backup?
However it is really all my other domain accounts that I am interested in. I can't see where they are stored at all?
Please advise.
