Sorry, no ticket numbers. I raised the related cases on 6th Nov and 9th Dec, each time by following Get Support/ Contact Support which seemed the natural thing to do. No ticket number was issued but 24x7 Technical Support Department responded quite promptly, albeit ultimately ineffectively.
I have just discovered an alternative Support Desk/ Create Ticket route under Get Support, maybe its a pity I came to the first branch first?
Incidentally, I noticed recently that there was a new way to raise a support case via cpanel. But that seems to have gone away again now. C'est la vie.
