For your Business Web Hosting package you say "100% Uptime Guarantee is a REAL guarantee"

So suppose I host a client's site on one of these servers and there is a problem and his site is off-line for a certain amount of time and he loses £xxxx income.

Does the guarantee cover claims for his loss?
