Hi, thanks for the reply. Please don't take my post as a criticism of your service, I was just trying to understand your definition of 100% uptime. Clustered servers, redundant power supplies, backup power generation can all provide 100% server availability, but unless there is redundant telecom that becomes the weakest link and a builder with a pneumatic drill can destroy your 100% availability record.
A company I was contracting at sent the staff home to work for an afternoon not long ago. Remote Citrix Servers and dumb terminals in the office, and a construction company with a JCB shut down the building. Now what's all this about cloud computing???
