Do I need to purchase an Anti-Virus package for a Semi Dedicated Windows server without Plesk?

Am I covered by Anti-Virus on my existing Windows VPS? I do have the Plesk CP but I haven't purchased the extra Dr Web Anti-Virus add-on.
