It is not legal to sell Myspace accounts anymore. By doing so its TOS are violated and may lead to the account deletion if caught. If you search for Myspace accounts for sale in Google you will find all the offers on the various forums. Apart from this it is not clear to me how MySpace will tackle this issue of selling accounts.
