I use Live Support and the level of service is fantastic, even though I have only got a basic shared hosting account.
Tech support are quick to respond, very patient with inexpert part-time web designers like me, and always seem to be able to answer my questions, or sort out whatever my problems are. Today they spent half an hour with me, resulting in much better security and greater convenience for the 5 sites I manage.
Recently, I have taken to constructing my websites (almost) exclusively in Joomla, and I would strongly recommend eUKHost Linux cPanel shared hosting to other Joomla enthusiasts.
