In
a couple of weeks I plan to transfer my website and .com domain name from Easyspace to eUKhost but I'm confused about the process, especially domain name transfer.
I would like the Gold cPanel shared hosting.
I have gone through a dry run of the the ordering process without actually finalising it. Regarding the domain name transfer - early on in the ordering process there is an option to do this for 6 pounds + VAT - but it does not mention any actions required by Easyspace.
However, a couple of years ago someone asked a similar question in these forums and said Easyspace wanted 50 pounds + VAT to transfer.
What do I have to do in order to transfer my domain name?
There is also an option to leave my domain name on Easyspace and just alter the nameservers, email etc - is this advisable and trouble-free?
