Arrow Multiple sites whilst keep one separate - which package?

Current Sites
1. A small online shop of the business I work for. Our retailer customers have the important sites for our sales, but we have a shop nevertheless.

2. A small html & javascript site

Combined bandwidth no more than 1GB

Proposed Sites

1. A small online shop - it's basically a way for a relative to make some money from their hobby.

2. Online shop for myself that will start once my hosting is set up.

3. Blogs for each of the shops.

---------

All this breaks down to:

Employer's site
Relatives' sites
My site/sites

----------

Linux hosting choices as I see them

Two or three shared cpanel packages

or

A reseller package

?

-----------------

I don't know how whois, IP address, etc work , but it's important for my privacy that my new site isn't associated with the others.

I am moving my domain registration away from the old host but no to eukhost - who I will solely for hosting. But I'm wondering if having all my domain registrations under one account somewhere, and also having all my hosting under one roof, one way or another will associate the sites? (even if hosting isn't an issue here, I would still welcome thoughts about registration and privacy, thanks)
