Sorry n00b question again
Once I get my new web site up n running smoothly.
I would like to transfer some but not all of the files from my other soon to be closed server.
I got told some where that the best and quickest way is to use SSH and transfer the file with that. I was going to use Cute FTP but some of the files are quite big and it would take ages.

So my questions are:-

Is this the best way?

If so how do I do it?

Do I need to download a program so I can open both servers and move files.
I have SHH access on both the old and new server but havent got a clue how to use it.
Does any body know of any vidio tutorials for this.

All these question are only relavent if this is the best way.
