@crikee IMO for EUK, 24 hours a day are normal business hours. Either it is weekend or weekday, they are always ready to help. It is not only a regular Weekend but also during Christmas and Ester that they are available for you to help. I have used their support services during both Weekends and Christmas era. They are true in what they say, 24/7 "always ready to help friendly" support.
As said by "compserv", you can monitor the forums and check the timestamps of their support response. It will be a nice experience for you as well.
