I havent recieved your reply with my ftp details via my email, i had to goto the support
website hosting where i read the update there.
I'm trying to get in contact with the person who sorted my existing domain, but he's proving a bit difficult to get hold of at the mo. once he has done it, I'll let you know ASAP.
