More an more frustrated
I have been with eukhost for at least 18mths and the uptime of my sites is a joke quite frankly. I have gave you the benefit of doubt, but this is running out.
Time after time my clients sites are offline, database errors, permissions changing for no apparent reason and general outages. Most of my sites run Mysql and PHP but some of my clients rely on ASP. EUKHOST servers, windows servers cannot handle php and mysql on Windows.
The online support is fantastic, but i really shouldn't need to contact them on an almost daily basis.
I have other hosting which is cheaper, and has better uptime, but I like EUKHOST and the level of support. Come on give us the uptime you state, and save me from contacting your support constantly. They deserve better.
