Hi Mark,

We do apologise for the recent shortcomings or failing to provide you with the services meeting your expectations. You've 2 packages with us, one being Windows Standard Reseller & the other Windows Silver. We're aware of the fact that the Windows Standard Reseller is hosted on a server which is overcrowded after resellers filling up their domains fast. While the domains hosted on the Windows Silver hosting won't be facing the problem. We'd be moving few more accounts off this server to balance the load. As of now, I'd recommend moving your entire reseller account to a different server this coming weekend. Please open up a support ticket with our Windows Dept so we can proceed with the migration.
