Well ok, then i suggest,
Dont hold a competition, personally i think the
website hosting is fine.
All that could be done is tidy up the home page a bit, like make the footer look nice, and have some kool good looking graphics to display your packages.
I think that if users wish to still offer designs they still should, but not in a competition format.
