Hi,
Using SPF records they cannot send mails as "you"; they cannot spoof addresses. For example, If a domain owner sets mail.eukhost.com as their legitimate mailserver, then the mail recipient's server (most mail programs these days) will not accept mail from other servers. Which means, I cannot send mail as someone@ eukhost.com from "MY SERVER" anywhere in the world. See openspf.org for more information.
