Email delivery problems
Hi,
Been having problems delivering emails to certain ISPs (AOL, Sky, Gmail), either end up as spam or ISP doesn't even accept the connection.
Your helpdesk setup rDNS a few weeks ago and I recently added SPF. Sent a ticket to helpdesk yesterday requesting Domainkeys to be added, waiting to hear back.
However, I think there's a problem with my rDNS. If I enter my IP, 213.175.209.241 into a rdns lookup it returns mail.candidmoney.com.209.175.213.in-addr.arpa. It appears to be missing '241' from the result?
Just conversed with your helpdesk on livechat who said this is correct, but seems wrong to me.
Could you advise?
