The DNS has now propagated and the blog is not working. Can you please sort the problem. Also the contact page which was giving an elegant error due SMTP mail problems on your network and is now generating an ugly security failure error. There's an outstanding ticket on this which hasn't been sorted. Also, having just completed a DNS change you now want me to make another DNS change request so you can move my
website hosting to another server to address your shell access problem.
This hasn't gone smoothly at all and I'm not very impressed!
