VPS issues

I'm posting this out of shear frustration with eUKHost.
We've had a VPS account with eUKHost for the past couple of years and we've continually experienced problems with the server (outages, email problems, etc). The server has had nowhere near the 99.5% uptime guaranteed by eUKHost when you sign-up.
The latest issue was discovered today. Our server appeared to have been rolled back to its state from a few months ago. Therefore any changes we'd made to our existing websites, new sites created, database records (products, orders, etc), SVN commits, etc had been lost!
Although eUKHost have apologised it doesn't quite cut it with our clients who are being charged to have their websites hosted with us.
Either eUKHost need to dramatically improve the reliability of their service or we're going to have to consider changing suppliers.
