They can access webmail with http:// mail.customersdomain.com/webmail URL. If they have 50 people in staff then they should be able to afford additional cost for this special setup. There's no control panel on windows which gives stable service like exim does on cpanel servers. We use mailenable and it is quite good as per our years of experience but hosting controller has limitations and we are sticking with hosting controller as it is best on windows.
Other control panels try to force their stuff against windows and they loose over there.
