Welcome Email provides you the complete account information. You receive the information for your Hosting Account Information, RDP Information, Billing Area, Name Servers, IP address allocation and other useful information.
IP address allocation :: You see only one IP address under this subject because you are allotted 2 IP addresses for your VPS, the first IP address is the main VPS IP address and the second IP address which you see under IP address allocation is the IP added and assigned to your VPS. Both this IP addresses are private to you. If you purchase additional IP addresses, then you should see the additional IP addresses under this information.

What is a Name Server?
If you register a domain name and wish to have the name servers to be set using your domain name, then the name servers have to be first registered at your Domain Registrar. The name servers can only be registered from where the actual domain name is registered.
The Private Name Server in the Welcome Email provides you two Name Servers and these name servers are registered by us only for you as these names have your VPS IP address binded to it and they will only point to your VPS.
