Horde webmail is setup just about any other email account regardless the account type - IMAP or POP can be accessed via webmail using a browser.
Go to Settings > Mail > select this account under Accounts and directly below the Account On/Off selection, POP Account Information or IMAP Account Information. Select IMAP or POP3 for the email account access.
If using IMAP, double click on the account, it'd show the properties, this will tell you the account type for this account - which you had to choose when creating the account unless you transferred the account settings for this account from your computer to the iPhone via the iTunes sync process.
