Thanks for your response, all makes sense now, I did look at the ACL however I noticed my account seems to have a limit of only 6 allocated FTP users (which seems to be the users that appear on the ACL however i just dont assign them permissions to the actual ftp
website hostings to be secure).
I was under the impression i receive unlimited FTP accounts after looking at
http://www.eukhost.com/windows-features.php
I have opened a ticket regarding this (Ref: FGK-86274-43
as I will probably need more than 6 accounts.
Am i right in thinking the ACL looks at the FTP users ? or can i create users somewhere else?
