It has got something to do with php.ini settings. We will need to check register_globals and safe mode for your VPS Hosting.
Please open a ticket through our helpdesk for our VPS Hosting Engineers and let them know IP address of your VPS Hosting and details of this problems. They will verify things from error_logs of apache and make necessary changes.
