Default How do i cancel a shared ssl web address?

Hi,

Im currently pulling my hair out with a problem regarding shared ssl.
I have recently built my website and sent it to my provider. When i checked my website in a browser i couldn't find it. On closer inspection i discovered that my provider has put my entire website into a shared ssl address. So instead of my web address being: www. mydomain. co .uk which is what i want, it is shown as: www. mydomain. sslpowered. co. uk which is absolutely not what i want! When i contact support they don't reply. When i google my problem i don't find an answer. I have not been able to find a single site or forum that discuss my particular problem. Everybody wants to know how to set up shared ssl and not cancel it! I have no idea why my provider has done this seeing as i didn't ask for it.
I need to find a way to make my website address look normal. This 'sslpowered' nonsence looks so unprofessional. I don't want shared ssl or dedicated ssl, i just want a normal website address. Can anybody here suggest what i need to do to get rid of the shared ssl address?

Thanks
