Hi

Does anyone else have problems accessing webadmin on their MySql databases through Plesk?

I am often unable to access it and it is causing me problems with updating my website. It is on the swindon server which just seems to hang when I try to access it.

Is there any other way to access webadmin other than via the Plesk Control Panel?

Any help would be much appreciated as it is getting very frustrating!

PS I have previously submitted a support ticket to report the problem but have simply been told they have no problem accessing it!
