So instead of my web address being: www. mydomain. co .uk which is what i want, it is shown as: www. mydomain. sslpowered. co. uk which is absolutely not what i want! When i contact support they don't reply. When i google my problem i don't find an answer. I have not been able to find a single site or forum that discuss my particular problem. Everybody wants to know how to set up shared ssl and not cancel it! I have no idea why my provider has done this seeing as i didn't ask for it.
I need to find a way to make my website address look normal. This 'sslpowered' nonsence looks so unprofessional. I don't want shared ssl or dedicated ssl, i just want a normal website address. Can anybody here suggest what i need to do to get rid of the shared ssl address?

Thanks
Hi,

Is www.mydomain.co.uk registered with you? If yes, it should work directly [www.mydomain.co.uk] & without any problems.

Shared SSLs are setup for free & absolutely no costs are involved for the end user. So if you want to cancel that, contact the web host & have them disable this shared ssl feature quickly. Also, if you're not going to use the Shared SSL, you can simply ignore it (not use it).

Let us know if you have any more question & we'll be happy to answer them for you
