From here you can look at the properties of mailboxes and set others up as "admins" you can also set quotas ?

He is having problems in setting quotas for all the mailboxes. Existing verision of hostingcontroller was missing this feature but the new version 7.0 has got this feature. We are upgrading hosting controller at the end of this week so this problem can be sorted.
