Hello Paul,
I created a new email account from your control panel and sent emails to it from my email address and sent emails from the test mailbox to my email address using outlook as well as webmail.
I never got such retagged header or sender name that includes servers hostname. Please reset password of markd and check all the emails in that malbox for verification.
