As we may notice, many webmasters and web owners don't use a particular TLD they way they are supposed to do. DotCom extension is used not only for commercial website, .net is used not only by web hosting and other internet-related service providers, .org is used not only by non commercial organization. Can we register a domain name with .xxx exension without planning to make an adult website for the domain?
