I am with your Windows Shared Bronze package and would like to set up emails, monitor my bandwidth and just administer my account as necessary. Can you please help me by telling me what I need to do? What do I install, access or enable? I am not a web guru but a photographer, so please address my answer as a non specialist. The main things I really need to do is create email accounts and monitor bandwidth as it is vitally important that my
website hosting does not go off line. All I can access at the moment is my billing details. Any help you supply will be much appreciated.
