You paid through paypal's eCheque payment and the message I saw in the details of payment is "Uncleared(Expected Clearing Date: 14 Mar. 2007)"
I have asked our VPS Hosting team members to proceed with setup of your VPS Hosting but the reason they didn't do it was due to uncleared funds.
