.Net Framework installed by default would be 2.0 and 3.0 but you can communicate with our support team and add 1.1 on your
VPS Hosting.
SSL support is included and you can use shared SSL feature for free with plesk control panel but for Dedicated SSL certificate you will need to pay extra.
We take weekly backups of all nodes on separate backup servers but iif you messup something and ask us to restore then you will be charged £15 extra for restoration. If something goes wrong with the hardware or anything else that does not involve your mistake then the restore is done for free.
