Our backup service has not been so popular till now as none of our existing customers have had any kind of data loss or similar problems so far and they wont have any problems as we maintain 2 remote backups of all servers including the
VPS Hosting nodes.
As of now we've implemented complete automation in our backup service so there wont be any need for documentation as the welcome email for backup service will explain everything to the customers.
