Can you explain why e-mail will not reach my
VPS Hosting but it does reach another eUKhosts server (VC10).
I have sent you a details list of all the e-mails that have not been delivered. If you could advise me how I check the EXIM logs I would do that, but I have a ticket open right now that hasn't been responded to since I sent the additional infomation requested on Wednesday Lunchtime.
I am not after any customisations - I just want the service to work the way it is described.
It is becomg obvious that a
VPS Hosting will not do what I need it to do, so how can I cancel my account and get a refund (as it is within the first month)?
