I see what you mean by subnets filling up quickly. But not replying to sales tickets + support tickets also shows their dis-organisation, and also shows their poor level of customer care. They seem to have enough customers though, but I still don't get how one guy manages it all?!?

Anyway, I may get another VPS Hosting with you, since I'm heavily satisfied with my Windows VPS Hosting. You seemed to have entered the Windows VPS Hosting market very well, I will be happy to reccommend you to any friends, well anyone infact! Please pass my many thanks to Shane and the rest of the System Admins for setting up my VPS Hosting in the time frame that they did + under the circumstances (template installation going wrong), I would also like to thank you alot too Mark for all the support you have provided me with through these forums.
