I just had to file my first support ticket since joining in December. Yesterday I signed up for a new
VPS Hosting (which was set up very quickly, do you guys sleep?) and managed to make a bit of a mess on there (I'm not used to WHM). The problem was solved within 2 hours and that included the time it took for me to get back to them confirming that I had backed up anything I needed.
