Please clarify that you need PostgreSQL database support on Windows or is posgres something else ?
I am not sure if there's anything else called posgres but I am familiar wth PostgreSQL. We can setup PostgreSQL on windows
VPS Hosting and windows
dedicated server but it wont be possible to add PostgreSQL on shared or reseller hosting servers.
