Default Managing my SQL Server Datadase

Hi
I've looked through these threads but to no avail.

I'm looking for a couple of things.

Firstly, the ability to set up two accounts for my database. One for the equivalent of root access so I can maintain the database and another that I can use as a username from my web scripts. I can do this at home so should be able to do this with EUKHOST.

Secondly, if I need to change usernames/passwords for the database, how do I do that?

Thirdly, if I need to manipulate the database, I used to be able to access it from the MySQL Administrator front-end for a database created under HostingController 6 but now, since I've moved it to HC7, I can't.

Finally, phpMyAdmin seems to be a utility to do a lot of these things. Is this just a Linuk offering?

Cheers for any help
