That was from our CTO and he works in all departments. Others are limited to either linux or windows so linux people wont answer windows ticket unless someone moves it in respective department.
I am not happy to see that no one bothered to move the ticket for 7 hours but necessary steps have been taken and you will see the difference next time you open ticket in any department.
