I am sorry but HC7 does not have the ability to add more than one user per database nor does it allow the admins to change passwords of Db users. However the developer of the control panel has added an option in HC8 to change DB user's password, we can only wait until they release the next version.

Thirdly, if I need to manipulate the database, I used to be able to access it from the MySQL Administrator front-end for a database created under HostingController 6 but now, since I've moved it to HC7, I can't.
You should be able to connect your database remotely and if you face any problems please email us at windows@eukhost.com and we will get this sorted.

Finally, phpMyAdmin seems to be a utility to do a lot of these things. Is this just a Linuk offering?
HC7 does have PHPmyadmin, you will need to add a webadmin from the tools option in your control panel that will allow you to manage you database using PHPmyadmin.
