Just wanted to say how impressed I have been with the service from the support guys and the sales guys. I am a fairly new customer but have caused my share of trouble for eUKHost.
I have changed my hosting type three times and have had great support. Any issue's I have had, have been resolved very quickly via email.
I think the telephone and live chat support could be improved, but the email support is second to none.
