actually our helpdesk is located at
http://support.eukhost.com but it seems that you have opened the ticket from the control panel. I'll have someone to check it from the control panel but make sure that you don't open ticket from the control panel.
We inform customers in welcome email that our helpdesk is located at
http://support.eukhost.com and there's no way for us to disable the helpdesk inside the control panel or billing system as those are third party softwares.
