Thanks for the reply, but I bet you're not as frustrated as I am with this server!
I'm not a heavy user and I'm not reselling (thankfully) , but I'm not finding the Eukhost experience particularly consistent or reliable. I think the question in the title of my original post has been answered.
(NB: Still not lost my temper - just in a mood of tired resignation - I considered various hosting companies carefully before moving from my previous one. They may not have actually offered as much as eukhost, but what they did offer they delivered with far fewer technical glitches than those I've experienced here).
