Well, I hope that this is resolved but I am peeved that I was repeatedly told that there wasn't a problem when I was telling you that there was! And that, guess what???? The reply from the support ticket some two hours after I opened it rather unhelpfully told me that my
website hosting was working fine. There was no acknowledgement of there having been a problem or that there won't be a repeat of the problem.
I have found support to be reasonably good - but the way I was fobbed of with this issue has annoyed me.
Thank you for the forum replies, these are far more comprehensive and supportive than 'support' on this matter.
