I am having much the same problem.
Retrieving mail with outside email software is not a problem, all works well.
However when trying
www.domain.com/meadmin or
www.domain.com/MEWebMail I get a Prompt pop-up box asking for "Enter username and password for '""' at
www.domain.com.
Neither the account username and password nor the mailbox specific username and password are accepted.
Any information on how to access online mail would be most welcome.
