Retrieving mail with outside email software is not a problem, all works well.
However when trying www.domain.com/meadmin or www.domain.com/MEWebMail I get a Prompt pop-up box asking for "Enter username and password for '""' at www.domain.com.
Neither the account username and password nor the mailbox specific username and password are accepted.
Any information on how to access online mail would be most welcome.
Many thanks in advance.

I currently have a ticket open enquiring about this initial pop-up box. This should not be happening and I gave a domain as an example but support only sorted that domain. I have now sent a follow-up ticket trying to explain to support that this is a much larger problem as it affects all domains that I have and obviously other customers are having this problem also.
If you desperately wish to access your webmail then enter your username in the pop-up but without the domain - then you'll gain access to the MailEnable log in where you must then login with your username
including your domain. Its ludicrous to have to login twice and I do wonder what goes through the heads of some support staff when they assume that such a fundamental problem must be an isolated incident.
