Hi, Not wanting to jump on the band wagon with this one but I thought it would be the best place to put my post as i am experiencing similar problems.
I am having problems accessing Hosting Controller. I have tried the /admin and
http://87.117.234.246:8787/ and after emailing the support team, they tell me it is fixed but then 2 hours later it is down again (as it is now).
I am a new reseller and I am waiting to sign up a new customer but I am concerned because I know he will not be as forgiving as I am when it is not working for about 40% of the day.
Is there anything you can do to improve the availability of the HC.
