We are aware of this problems and as mentioned in some other posts as well that we have initiated migration of this server on another high configuration server. Data Transfer is quite slow for some unknown reason but we are on top of things.
During upgrade process control panel will face some problems but your
website hostings, emails and databases will keep on working properly.
