I experienced the same problem with another host not so long ago. Unfortunately, it took them far too long to even try to solve the problem, and when they replied that they were looking into it my
website hosting had active as the nameservers had propogated several days beforehand.
The support shown here by the staff continues to impress me. It really is fantastic.
